Yes. A $100 deposit is required to book the charter. A full refund of your deposit will be provided with at least 3 days notice prior to scheduled departure time. No shows and cancellations prior to 24 hrs will forfeit their deposit.

Charters may be cancelled by us anytime due to weather conditions, mechanical issues, and/or any unforeseen issues that may arise. If we cancel the charter for any reason you will receive a full refund. wer to this item.

There are many fish species in the Gulf of Mexico. We primarily fish for Gag Grouper, Red Grouper, Red Snapper, Lane Snapper, Yellowtail Snapper, Mutton Snapper, Amberjack, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Hogfish, White Grunts, and a variety of sharks

Yes. You can keep the fish as long as they are in season and meet the legal size limits. You’re also free to take photos and return the fish back to the sea. If you decide to keep the fish, we’ll fillet them for you when we return to the boat ramp. You’re not permitted to sell the fish you catch.

Departure times will vary depending on the duration of the charter. We’ll work with you to ensure you have plenty of fishing time.

No. Our passengers are covered by our fishing license. We also have the required federal fishing permits to fish offshore.

Sure. You can bring your own fishing gear. However, we have all of the necessary gear for fishing in our local waters.

All of our charters include fishing gear, bait, ice, water, fuel, and required fishing licenses. We’ll even offer tips on how to land the specific species you’re looking for. Our licenses and insurance permit us to carry up to 6 passengers. Feel free to bring family or friends.

Yes. Feel free to bring a small cooler with drinks and snacks. However, we have a large cooler that can handle food and drinks for everyone. If you’re wanting to take your catch home we suggest leaving a cooler in your vehicle.

No. Alcohol is not permitted on our charters.

We encourage families that want to take their children fishing. Our safety equipment fits most children ages 5 and up. Ask us for specific details. Children must be supervised at all times. You are responsible for lost or broken fishing gear.

You’ll want to bring sunblock, sunglasses, and appropriate attire for the time of year. It can get pretty warm in the summer and chilly in the winter. Bring snacks and drinks. We’ll have plenty of water onboard. Don’t forget to take sea sickness medicine if you’re prone to get sick or think you might. It’s best to take it before the trip, not when you’re feeling sick.

Glass containers, drugs, alcohol, and GPS devices/apps are not permitted.
